Current Privacy Laws for several US states permit states residents to authorize agents to make certain privacy requests on their behalf.

If you are an authorized agent making a request on behalf of any customer in the US, please provide the information below so that we may process the request. Please note that we may communicate with the customer at the customer’s contact email address you provide in order to conduct certain verification procedures directly with the customer.

If you are making a request on behalf of a customer to opt out of the selling orsharing of personal information for targeted advertising as described in our Privacy Policy, please use the “Do Not Sell or Share Personal Information” link (also available at the bottom of our website).

• Written permission signed by the customer demonstrating you have been authorized by the customer to make this request. This written permission must include the customer’s first name, last name, email address, and authorization for you to act on the customer’s behalf in making the request. 
• If the customer has provided you with power of attorney, you may instead upload a copy of the validly executed power of attorney naming you as the customer’s authorized representative. In this case no additional communication with the customer would be needed.
