"My husband and I both overheat at night and love the quality and material. The only disappointment was that there isn't a flat sheet included in the cooling comforter set. The comforter its great for me but too heavy for my husband still. He prefers to sleep with a flat sheet only especially in the summer months. I would've lived the option to purchase a flat sheet as added option to the set instead of having to buy a whole new full set to get a flat sheet."
